How to Use:

• Adults (18yo+): Take 4 tablets daily. Swallow with a glass of water. Break, cut or crush the tablet if you have swallowing concerns.
  
• If you are pregnant - or considering becoming pregnant - do not take Vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist
• When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents - Vitamin A can cause birth defects.

• Contains sulfites & phenylalanine. The recommended daily amount of Vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalents for women & 900
• micrograms retinol equivalents for men.
  Do not use if tamper evident seal is broken or missing. Store below 25­°C. Vitamins
• can only be of assistance if the dietary vitamin intake is inadequate.­

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
